HR Ex

• Manage the basics of HR operations & Employee Lifecyle 
• Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels.
• Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
• Assisting in Conducting interviews
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Supporting the development of recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records in our systems.
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities 
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. 

·      Attending to grievances of employees, identify employee needs and coordinate with the management to achieve employee and employer satisfaction

• Flagging leave requests with the managers and management . Clearance of leave requests and making sure of receiving signed and approved leave applications and documenting the same on daily basis
• Introduce new plans to motivate employees eg: creating incentives for an employee who has taken least leaves in that month.
• Arranging welfare and fun programs
• Identify training needs & programs for employees across board
• Arrange training programs (Internally / Externally)
