HR Executive – Recruitment & Admin

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi

Work From Office – Full Time (6 Days)

We are a fast-growing healthcare and wellness organization based in Defence Colony, New Delhi. Our Dietitian Natasha Mohan LLP manages large-scale hiring for BPO, telecalling, service, and admin roles as part of our expanding operations.

We are looking for a confident and experienced HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment and basic HR administration.

We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment and basic HR administration for our growing healthcare and wellness company.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO, Telecalling, Admin & Office roles

• Screening and shortlisting candidates from job portals (Apna, Indeed, etc.)

• Conducting telephonic and in-person interviews

• Interview coordination and follow-ups

• Offer letter release and onboarding process

• Maintaining HR records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience (mandatory)

• Experience in BPO / bulk hiring preferred

• Strong screening and communication skills

• Comfortable working from office (Defence Colony)

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

₹3,000 – ₹5,000 monthly performance incentives
