HR Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and manage the organization's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, team management, staff attendance, and event planning, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is best suited for candidates residing within a 45-minute commute from our office in Pitampura, Delhi.

• Proficiency in managing attendance and maintaining leave records.

• Ability to handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Experience in training and development programs for staff.
• Skilled in planning and executing organizational events and camps.
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance practices.
• Basic proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient record-keeping.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily HR operations seamlessly.
