HR Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center roles (voice, non-voice, chat, backend).

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives.

Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews/telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations/line managers.

Manage bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.

Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.

Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding.

Ensure targets for TAT (turnaround time) and hiring numbers are met.

Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.

Maintain employer branding and candidate experience.
