💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

BuyBacKart is a fast-growing marketplace for buying pre-owned smartphones and gadgets. We’re expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• HR operations: attendance, leave, compliance, and employee records
• Payroll support (salary processing & documentation)
• Performance management coordination (KRA/KPI, probation, PIP support)
• Employee engagement, inductions & training initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Female candidate preferred
• Freshers or 0–2 years HR experience
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions & MS Office

Qualification:

MBA in HR (Human Resources)
