Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi (Landmark: MG Road, Near Chattarpur)

Job Type: Full-Time

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.

·      Help maintain employee attendance records and assist in salary processing.

·      Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

·      Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and documentation.

·      Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to manage grievances and resolve employee concerns.

·      Help in drafting HR communications, memos, and notices.

·      Support the senior HR team in performance evaluation and probation processes.

·      Assist in managing vendor staff and ensuring compliance with attendance and payouts.

·      Help manage office-wide communication and updates related to HR policies and benefits.


Requirements

·      1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or service-based industry.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Basic knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

·      Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

·      Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

·      Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
