Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 (Based On Interview)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Recruitment and Onboarding.

⦁ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle.

⦁ Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the on boarding process for new hires.

⦁ Coordinate employee training programs and identify areas for development.

⦁ Responsible for Payroll Process and Statutory Compliances.

⦁ Assist in the performance review process, ensuring it is carried out fairly and on schedule.

⦁ Maintain performance appraisal records and help implement performance improvement plans.

⦁ Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

⦁ Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.

⦁ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.

⦁ Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.

⦁ Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
