Job Description
Core Responsibilities (Short List)
- Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen applications, schedule interviews, send offers/rejections.
- Onboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork, orientations, and setting up work IDs.
- Data & Records: Update employee databases, manage HR files, ensure data accuracy.
- Employee Support: Answer basic questions about policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Admin Tasks: File documents, manage HR correspondence, help with events.
Key Skills & Goals
- Gain exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems.
- Develop strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Work closely with HR professionals to learn daily operations
