HR Manager

BankU (India) Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for BankU Seva Kendra network. The role involves hiring field staff, managing workforce performance, and ensuring smooth HR processes across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for:

1. Sales Executives
2. Field Staff
3. Office Staff

• Develop hiring strategies for rural and field operations
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee productivity
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage payroll coordination and incentive structures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum

• 1–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in fintech, banking, or field operations)
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in hiring field sales teams
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of HR tools, payroll, and compliance
• Ability to manage multi-location teams 

QualificationGraduate in any stream

• MBA in HR preferred
