HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Use hiring platforms for sourcing and shortlisting candidates
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and records
• Process salaries and support payroll activities
• Handle HR documentation (offer letters, employee files, etc.)
• Assist in employee engagement and performance review activities
• Manage day-to-day HR and basic office administrative work
• Address employee queries and support HR compliance
