Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Implement performance management and appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Coordinate payroll and attendance management
• Maintain HR records and reports
• Organize training and development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preferred

• Experience in technology or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with biometric or attendance systems
