Experience - 5 to 7 Years

Qualifications - Graduate /MBA preferred

Salary Upto -7.5 LPA - 8.5 LPA

1.Talent Acquisition : Leading recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Quality of Hire: Performance and retention rates of new hires & make them understand about company policies as well as rules & regulations.

2. Employee Onboarding

Onboarding Satisfaction: New hire feedback on the onboarding process.

Induction & Orientation - Induction & Orientation of new hires completing the onboarding process successfully.

3. Employee Training and Development

Training Participation: Make Sure of employees participating in training programs.

Employee Engagement : Regular survey results measuring engagement levels.

4. Performance Management

Performance Review Completion: Percentage of performance reviews completed on time. Check from HOD on time-to-time basis regarding team Performance & Improvements.

Team Support – Support to entire team regarding their work & Appropriate challenges.

5. Compliance and Legal

Compliance Rate: Adherence to labor laws and regulations. On time submission of PF & ESIC

Audit Results: Findings from internal and external HR audits.

Legal Incidents: Number of legal issues or disputes related to HR.
