We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager who can independently build, lead, and manage the HR function across all three manufacturing units. This is a high-impact role for someone who is both operationally strong and strategically driven, with deep experience in industrial HR practices, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Setup:

• Establish the HR department from the ground up, including structure, processes, policies, and digital systems.
• Develop and implement a scalable HR strategy to support all three manufacturing units.
• Set up HR compliance systems, employee handbooks, and performance management frameworks.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for plant-level and office staff across all three units.
• Conduct interviews, manage hiring pipelines, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Design and run induction programs tailored to different functions and plant operations.

Payroll, Compliance & Documentation:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll and salary processing.
• Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
• Maintain proper employee records, contracts, and HR documentation across locations.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Be the first point of contact for employee grievances across the three plants.
• Foster a strong, transparent, and supportive work culture.
• Initiate and lead engagement activities, safety workshops, and welfare programs.

Performance & Training:

• Define and implement a performance appraisal process.
• Identify skill gaps and organize training & development sessions for workers and staff.
• Support functional heads in setting performance goals and KPIs.
