Job Detail- Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations in line with NBFC and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• HR operations, employee records & HRMS
• Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws)
• Payroll coordination and incentive management
• Performance appraisals & employee engagement
• Grievance handling, exits & F&F settlements
• Drafting and implementation of HR policies
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 5 + years HR experience (NBFC/Financial Services preferred)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & compliance
• Good communication and people management skills
