Hiring: Operations Manager – Manpower Supply & Recruitment
Location: Delhi NCR / North India
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle end-to-end manpower supply operations for infrastructure projects (PNG Gas, Solar & Telecom). The role involves mass recruitment, worker deployment, client coordination, compliance management, and site operations supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruit helpers, technicians & supervisors from multiple regions
✅ Coordinate workforce deployment & site logistics
✅ Manage client relationships & manpower requirements
✅ Ensure attendance, payroll processing & documentation compliance
✅ Maintain strong worker retention & discipline at project sites
Requirements:
✔ 3–7 years experience in manpower recruitment / site operations
✔ Strong mass hiring & vendor management skills
✔ Willingness to travel for site monitoring
✔ Graduate (HR / Operations background preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 + Performance Bonus + Travel & Mobile Allowance
