• Ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Generate salary slips and payroll reports.

2. PF (Provident Fund) & ESI HandlingManage employee registration under PF and ESI.

• Calculate and deduct PF and ESI contributions accurately.
• File monthly and annual PF and ESI returns.
• Coordinate with government departments regarding PF and ESI matters.
• Handle employee queries related to PF withdrawals, transfers, and ESI benefits.

• 3. HR Compliance & Statutory RequirementsEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain employee records as per legal requirements.
• Assist in audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
• Handle documentation for inspections by labor authorities.
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and compliance rules.

• 4. HR Operations SupportMaintain employee database and personal records.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain leave and attendance records.
