🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

HR Payroll Executive to manage and process end-to-end payroll functions.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, attendance coordination, and employee payroll-related support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and verify attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, and LOP data
• Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS
• Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs and disbursement
• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, and tax
• Manage full & final settlements, gratuity, and bonus processing
• Ensure payroll data is updated in HRMS/Payroll software
• Support audits and maintain payroll documentation

🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll / HR operations
• Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of Indian payroll statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and coordination skills
