Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Hiring Managers: Understand team needs and create effective hiring plans.

Source Talent: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking to find the right candidates.

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: From writing job descriptions and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and closing offers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth, timely, and respectful communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pool of strong candidates for current and future roles.
• Leverage Tools: Use ATS and HR systems to organize candidate data and streamline the process.
• Stay Updated: Keep an eye on hiring trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
