Job Title: HR Recruiter

• Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process for updates and feedback.
• Align hiring needs with hiring managers and understand role requirements.
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives when required.
• Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
