Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels

Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment MIS

Issue offer letters, collect documents, and support onboarding formalities

Manage employee records, attendance data, and basic HR documentation

Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and HR operational reports

Handle employee queries related to joining, policies, and HR processes

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
