Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter who can handle recruitment activities and support basic HR tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable working with HR tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
• Ensure smooth joining and documentation process
• Follow up regularly with candidates and hiring managers
• Support employer branding and talent pool creation

Requirements

• MBA (HR) – Fresher
• 0–3 months experience as HR Recruiter
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude
