HR Recruiter

We are looking to hire efficient and hardworking unskilled labourers with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in general labour or related work. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, disciplined, and capable of following instructions efficiently to complete assigned tasks on time.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour and manual tasks as assigned
• Assist skilled workers and supervisors in daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site
• Load, unload, and move materials as required
• Follow safety rules and company guidelines at all times
• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily work targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant work experience as unskilled labour
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks for long hours
• Dependable, honest, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to take instructions and work under supervision
• Preference for candidates with previous experience in manufacturing / warehouse / construction / factory setups
