Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary: The company is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter who will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations.

The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination ability, and a proactive approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
2. Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
3. Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
5. Manage onboarding and joining documentation.
6. Follow up with candidates and internal teams.
7. Support employer branding and talent pipeline activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Human Resources (Freshers can apply)
• 0–3 months experience in recruitment (internship / apprenticeship accepted)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC)

Salary will depend on qualification and interview performance.
