Job Description

About the Role The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs.
  • 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Maintain a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Implement HR policies that promote employee well-being.
  • 3. Performance Management Oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support employee development.
  • 4. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Oversee payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain HRMIS.
  • 5. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and prepare training plans.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness.
  • 6. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee contracts, HR documentation, and audits.
  • Handle disciplinary actions as per company policies.
  • 7. Strategic HR Planning Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks.
  • Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRMS software, MS Office, and reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
