HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand job requirements, and a keen interest in end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

Understand job descriptions and hiring needs shared by managers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding formalities when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR preferred).

0–1 year experience in recruitment; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
