Job Description

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong people skills, professionalism, and a clear understanding of Indian labour laws.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  3. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  4. Implement and enforce HR policies, rules, and workplace discipline.
  5. Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
  6. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements.
  7. Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
  8. Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  9. Maintain a healthy, professional, and positive work culture.
  10. Act as a bridge between management and employees.



  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  3. Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliances.


  • Skills Required:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  5. Problem-solving mindset with a people-centric approach.
