We're seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

## Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent

- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications

- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

- Job Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires

- Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent

- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies

## Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment or related field

- Skills:
