HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in Tele Sales hiring and bulk hiring. The candidate should be capable of managing high-volume recruitment and closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tele Sales and bulk hiring roles

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels

Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements

Conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

Ensure timely closures of open positions

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Manage daily recruitment reports and trackers

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment

Must have experience in Tele Sales hiring & bulk hiring

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques

Basic knowledge of MS Excel
