We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team to drive recruitment strategies, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Position Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and work with hiring managers to deliver top-quality candidates. The role demands meeting recruitment goals while maintaining a high standard of service for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across multiple sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.

Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking channels. Ensure candidates align with client requirements.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction with recruitment services. Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.

Placement & Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating smooth onboarding.

Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure goals are met.

Field Recruitment Experience: Engage in field recruitment by visiting client locations to understand on-ground staffing needs and conduct in-person interviews.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, client meetings, and other recruitment-related activities as needed.

Manufacturing Client Support: Currently, we are actively working with a manufacturing client. The recruiter must be comfortable with frequent on-site visits to the client location for recruitment coordination, candidate assessments, and to better understand real-time staffing requirements.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or firm environment.

Recruitment Expertise: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placements across various industries.

Client Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client staffing needs.

Technology Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, social media recruiting tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing recruitment data to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to solve problems and deliver results within deadlines while meeting client expectations.

Location: Based in Delhi, with the primary office near Janpath Metro Station.
