Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Dedicated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of hiring trends, and a passion for building a strong workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract top talent for various positions
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

 2. Candidate Management:

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience, keeping applicants informed throughout the process.

 3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with department heads to understand job requirements and organizational goals.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.

 4. Process Optimization:

Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Innovate hiring strategies to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics.

 5. Branding and Engagement:

Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events.

Promote the company as an employer of choice by leveraging employer branding strategies.

 6. Compliance:

Ensure all hiring processes comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.


Qualifications:


Education: 

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Experience in HRIS softwares.

 Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
