Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the hiring process from start to finish, helping us find and onboard talented individuals for various positions within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Hiring and Recruitment:

Oversee the complete hiring process, from identifying job openings to onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

2. Profile-Specific Job Descriptions:

Develop clear and detailed job descriptions for different roles, outlining the necessary skills, qualifications, and responsibilities to attract suitable candidates.

3. Job Posting:

Write and publish engaging job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates, emphasizing the benefits of the positions and our company culture.

4. Job Platform Utilization:

Utilize multiple job sites and social media channels to effectively source candidates and enhance the visibility of our job openings.

5. Communication Skills:

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and addressing any questions throughout the recruitment process.

6. Negotiation Skills:

Negotiate job offers with candidates, ensuring a balance between their expectations and our company’s policies.
