HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with strong experience in bulk hiring for Debt Collection / Loan Recovery profiles. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and meeting hiring targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Bulk hiring for Telecallers, Recovery Executives, W-Off / Collection Profiles

Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per requirement

Scheduling and coordinating interviews

Maintaining and updating candidate data and recruitment MIS

Follow-ups with candidates for interviews and joining

Ensuring position closures as per monthly hiring targets

Coordination with operations team to fulfill manpower requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in loan recovery / debt collection hiring only

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under target-based hiring

Strong knowledge of hiring portals and sourcing methods

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

Bulk hiring experience

Data management & reporting

Interview coordination and candidate handling
