EMI Fincorp is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

* Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews

* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

* Maintain and update candidate databases

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

* Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

* Ensure a positive candidate experience

* Meet monthly hiring targets

*Requirements*

* 0–2 years of experience in recruitment

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Strong organizational and time management skills
