Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with HR tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

• Support on boarding and new hire documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or MBA or related field.

• 0–2 years of recruitment experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools preferred.
