Job Description:

Culture Care Consulting is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Sangam Vihar, South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, job portals)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Work Mode: Work from Office
