Role: HR Executive

We are hiring energetic, people-centric HR professionals who can own recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. Freshers with excellent communication are also encouraged to apply!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for operations, credit, tech & customer service roles

• Screening, shortlisting & coordinating interviews

• Maintaining HR records, attendance & onboarding documentation

• Driving employee engagement initiatives

• Supporting HR policies, payroll coordination & compliance

• Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries

• Creating a positive and professional work environment
