Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner  or Senior HR Manager who can oversees the entire HR department, leading the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, while aligning HR strategies with overall organizational goals and contributing to strategic planning. 

Job Description

• Strategic HR Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives. 
• Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. 
• Employee Relations: Managing employee concerns, addressing conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. 
• Performance Management: Implementing performance review systems, providing feedback to employees, and identifying development needs. 
•  Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation structure, benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. 
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills. 
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulations, including labour laws, safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies. 
• Leadership and Team Management: Leading and mentoring the HR team, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment. 

Desired Skill

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in senior HR managerial roles, ideally across multiple industries – financial services industry preferred
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation practices

Experience Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Manager profile, preferably within the Financial Industry
