Human Resource Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business unit leaders, aligning human resource strategies with organizational goals. This role focuses on driving business performance through effective talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance coaching rather than traditional administrative HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into people strategies

Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and succession planning initiatives

Drive talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs

Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and coaching

Advise managers on employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution

Lead organizational development and change management initiatives

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decisions

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards

Act as a culture ambassador promoting company values and high-performance behaviors

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, L&D, Compensation) for integrated solutions
