Job Description

Looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to build and manage the company’s HR function across corporate, warehouse, and operations teams.

This role will focus on hiring, organizational structure, staff management, SOP implementation, and KPI tracking to help the company scale efficiently.

We are looking for someone who can create structure in a fast-growing business, implement processes, and ensure teams operate with accountability and discipline.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end hiring across warehouse staff, operations teams, and corporate roles
  • Create job descriptions and hiring plans with leadership
  • Source candidates via job portals, agencies, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Manage offer letters, onboarding, and employee induction
  • 2. Organizational Structure & Role ClarityDevelop and maintain organizational structure charts
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines
  • Work with leadership to ensure teams are properly structured as the company grows
  • Help identify team gaps and hiring needs
  • 3. Staff Administration & HR OperationsMaintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team
  • Ensure HR compliance and documentation is maintained
  • 4. SOP Development & Process ImplementationCreate and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key functions including warehouse, operations, and internal processes
  • Ensure teams follow SOPs consistently
  • Work with department heads to improve workflow efficiency
  • 5. KPI & Performance TrackingDefine KPIs for various roles and departments
  • Track team performance and productivity
  • Maintain reporting dashboards for leadership
  • Support performance reviews and feedback cycles
  • 6. Employee Discipline & Workplace ManagementMaintain workplace discipline and accountability
  • Address employee issues and conflicts
  • Support leadership in maintaining a high-performance culture
  • Ideal Candidate4–7 years HR experience, preferably in startups, operations, logistics, or FMCG companies
  • Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Strong organizational and process-building ability
  • Comfortable working directly with founders
  • Ability to manage fast-paced and operational environments
