Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process for the company.
- Post job openings on job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the management team.
- Handle the joining process and employee documentation.
- Explain company policies, rules, and work culture to new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing and disbursement.
- Ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and appreciation letters.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding process.
