Job Description

  1. Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process for the company.
  2. Post job openings on job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms.
  3. Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the management team.
  4. Handle the joining process and employee documentation.
  5. Explain company policies, rules, and work culture to new employees.
  6. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  7. Coordinate with the accounts team for salary processing and disbursement.
  8. Ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  9. Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and appreciation letters.
  10. Conduct employee induction and onboarding process.
