Human Resource Executive

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional who can manage recruitment and HR operations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening

• Handling employee relations and HR documentation

• Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Coordinating with management regarding staffing needs

• Maintaining employee records and HR compliance

Requirements

• MBA in HR / Organizational Psychology or related field

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic HR documentation

• Basic understanding of Indian Labour Laws

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• This is a work-from-office role.

• Office Location: Rama Park Road, near Dwarka Mor Metro Station, New Delhi.

• Candidates residing nearby or able to commute conveniently are preferred.
