Job Description

Reports To: HR Manager/HR Director

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our growing HR team. The Junior HR will assist in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR administration. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the HR system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  1. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR-related queries.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
  1. HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database (e.g., personal details, job titles, leave records).
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Help manage HR filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly stored and organized.
  1. Training & Development:

  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Assist in tracking training and development activities.
  1. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate records of working hours, leaves, and absences.
  • Support in the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, retirement plans).
  1. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Help with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

  • Prior experience or internship in HR or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Saturday , 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Experience - 2yrs to 3 yrs

Office-based , depending on company policy.
