HVAC Engineer (Design & Project Execution)

About the Role: We are looking for an all-rounder HVAC Engineer who can handle projects from start to finish. You will do the design work in the office and manage the installation at the site.

What You Will Do:

1. In the Office (Design & Estimation)

• Calculations: Calculate heat loads to decide the right machine size/tonnage.
• Drawings: Design duct layouts and plant placement using AutoCAD.
• Costing: Make the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and fill in pricing for tenders.
• Quotes: Prepare quotations for clients based on the design.

2. At the Site (Survey & Execution)

• Surveys: Visit buildings to take measurements and check if the design is possible (feasibility).
• Coordination: Guide the workers at the site to ensure they follow the drawings.
• Completion: Make sure the installation is done correctly and hand over the working system to the client.
• Who We Are Looking For:Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Skills: Must know AutoCAD and how to do heat load calculations.
• Attitude: Must be willing to work in the office and travel to sites when needed.
• Good communication skills to talk to clients and site workers.
