We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Immigration Telecaller to join our team in Nehru Place, India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in immigration services. The Immigration Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing information to clients regarding immigration procedures, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide information related to immigration services and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the database.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Skills and QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Basic understanding of immigration processes and regulations in India.
• Proficient in using phone systems and computers for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
