About the RoleWe are looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Immigration Consultant to guide clients through visa, PR, study abroad, and work permit processes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, updated immigration knowledge, and the ability to counsel and close clients professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Counselling & ConsultationProvide professional consultation to clients regarding PR, work permits, study visas, and other immigration programs.
• Understand client requirements and suggest the best-suited immigration pathways.
• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions.
• Documentation & Application HandlingGuide clients on required documents and eligibility criteria.
• Assist in preparing, verifying, and organizing client documents.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth application submission.
• Sales & Target AchievementConvert leads into successful sign-ups through effective counselling.
• Maintain a high conversion ratio and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
• Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain accurate client data in CRM.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding application status.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Market KnowledgeStay updated with the latest immigration rules, program updates, and country policies (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
• Share insights with management and suggest process improvements.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or overseas education.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of immigration pathways (Canada PR, Australia PR, work visas, student visas, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and documentation handling.
