Immigration Consultant

Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration Services

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Immigration Services team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining immigration programs, and converting leads into potential clients.

Language Preference:

✔ Nepali (Most Preferred)

✔ Hindi (Most Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain immigration services and visa processes clearly.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested candidates.
• Maintain call records and update CRM data.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Nepali / Hindi preferred).
• Basic knowledge of immigration processes
• Confident, convincing, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
