Job Description
Urgently Hiring- Immideate Joining :- Inbound Customer Support / Customer Care / Service Advisor ;-
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, complaints, and support.
Make outbound calls for order confirmation, follow-ups, feedback, and customer support.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
