Inbound Travel Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inbound Travel Executive who can manage hotel package creation, itinerary planning, and bookings for domestic and international travellers. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, good communication skills, and hands-on experience in preparing customized travel plans.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Prepare customized hotel packages, quotes, and travel options based on customer requirements.
2. Plan and design complete travel itineraries, including sightseeing, transfers, and tour activities.
3. Handle hotel bookings, reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
4. Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and suppliers for rates, availability, and special requests.
5. Resolve booking issues, delays, or last-minute changes as required.
