Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare a variety of Indian curries and gravies with authentic taste.
  • Handle daily prep work (mise-en-place) and cooking.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Manage stock, spices, and ingredients efficiently.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 yrs of experience as a Curry Cook or Indian Cuisine Chef
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, masalas, and regional curries.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
