🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities
Assist in the daily kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs.
Prepare, cook, and plate momo varieties and other menu items as per standard recipes.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients.
Support the kitchen team during rush hours.
Follow all brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality and consistency.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant (preferred).
Basic knowledge of momo preparation or interest in learning.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual and responsible.
